RPS 3D PDF not showing dimensions

When I do a drawing in Sketchup and apply dimensions then run RPS 3D PDF from the toolbar the drawing will display but not the dimensions. Preview shows the dimensions but when I click create pdf all dimensions are dropped from the pdf. I have tried just about every setting with no change in the results. I am using the trail version just on day 2 of my trail. Any suggestions what I need to change to be able to show the dimensions?

Unfortunately, we cannot get the dimension lines and text from the SketchUp model, so they are not included in the 3D PDF file.
