Sketchup 7 Crash with IRender nXt

2nd day using IRender nXt trial (JK09nxt 3.5b), in Sketchup 7.

First attempts with complex models, no lights or materials, results impressive.

Just on the point to buy it when....

Today, simple box model, adding different types of lights caused Sketchup to crash several times.

 

 

Any ideas please?

(I am surprised there is not a tab for wall lights.)

    I see you are using SketchUp 7. We'll try this model in SU 7 and see if we can get it to fail.

    If not, we may have to put some traces in the light placement routine to see if we can find out what is failing.

    Sketchup just crashed again while placing point light in same simple model.

    If it crashes when you start rendering, upload the model so we can try it.

    Does SketchUp crash when you add a light, or when you start the rendering?
