I have been trying to get the irender nxt plugin working. I have removed the software, manually cleared the plugin directory, downloaded the latest version (oc20), all to no avail, whenever it trys to load I get the following error:

Any idea what is the issue?

The error that we are seeing refers to a file installed by SketchUp: win32ole.so;
C:/Program Files/SketchUp/SketchUp 2015/Tools/RubyStdLib/platform_specific/win32ole.so
Did you perhaps try reinstalling SketchUp?
yes it is that version, 64 bit
And your SketchUp About Box says "64-bit", like mine does?
correct I am running that version, which i believe is the latest.
What version of SketchUp are you running?
Is it 15.3.31, as shown below?
