The drag handle below the image just doesn't work right when working in mm, it sets the value on the dialog as if it was in inches, and then that small value gets used for the image height.
I'll fix that and post a new one ASAP. Meanwhile, just use the SketchUp Image Height dialog box, shown when you select "Images" on that tab, to set the image height correctly.
I have to rephrase that - when you use the anchors the preview with image 'ON' is fine (as above), but when you print to PDF you are getting something else - small image.

This is fixed in the latest release.
I just had to figure out what was wrong...I suspected the metric/imperial thing that always needs more testing and had to see if that was it.

Can you be more specific here?
In the PDF the image has no size, is that what you're referring to? Or is there something else?
And does the small image occur for you with all reports, or is it just for the one you attached?
