Hello,

I had Sketchup 8 with 3DPDF.

I now have Sketchup 2015 and have just purchased and installed a re-new license:

Old: PDMG4651D

New: PDOH10041I

When I start Sketchup 2015 and try to validate, it seems to find the old license number and won’t let me get any further.

Help… John

I received  this Error message while running RPS 3D PDF Version: OG27p 6.0

Error: Use Report Problem on the license dialog to request an Authcode by email.

Your license, PDMG4651D, was purchased in July 2013.

It was valid for all new versions, for 12 months, through July 2014

It is not valid for this version of: RPS 3D PDF,  Version: OG27p 6.0, released July 27, 2015.

In order to use this version, you will need to purchase an upgrade and request a new license code.
