Couldn't agree more looks like concrete one with no covers, keeping the floor clean would be nightmare too.

To be honest I do tend to do this quite often - in my spare time - a quick search for an interior on 3DWH and then a render, to keep my skills up. As you pointed out this looked interesting from a lighting point of view, the daylight one was to try to get as white as walls as possible.

That mattress looks hard. Nice lighting though.
