The Buttressed Castle Ruin_rendered_V3
I am struggling to make these look more realistic with the sky and planting etc. The trees etc dont seem to work. Any ideas?

Try looking up 'smart tree' in warehouse. The image from V2 is nice - with some nice tree models, the two may blend well together. Some foreground shrubs (around the base) can help 'anchor' the architecture into the environment. Another secret: look up 'grass' in warehouse - nice plants. Also, the sun is coming in right over our head - try swinging the shadows in from more of an angle (shift the time a few hours either direction). That will add drama and dimensionality to the scene! Nice architecture.
