I’m trying to create a 1’x2’ floor tile that is 8” staggered to one another. I can’t understand the impact of these settings, and I couldn’t find it in your tutorials.

The measurements for tiles are in millimeters, so 1' x 2' is 304.8 x 609.6 millimeters

        1 foot = 25.4 x 12 = 304.8 millimetrs

A one inch spacing for the joint would be 25.4.

The offset is percent (in decimal notation) of the x scale. An 8" offset is 1/3 of 24" inches. So I entered .33 for the offset.

This gives me a tile of 1' x 2', with an 8" stagger.
