BAckground Image Brightness

I'm facing some problems while trying to render background image.
It is either too dark or too bright.

It is is a simple background image for the rendering, not an HDRi sky, you can set the brightness of the image in the Layer Wizard. That can be done before you start the rendering, or it can be done later in the rendering window.
