Of course it's working fine for me here...not your PDF, but a new one that I make myself works OK.

Can you post the SKP file of this same model for me to try it here?

If you put the model in a zip file, you can add it as an attachment to a reply.

John, I was able to duplicate this on my other machine.

Hi Rich,

After I follow the link provided, fill out my contact details and press "Download" for the MG24, it takes me to the main RPS 3D PDF page...

What do I do then?

It is supposed to start the download and take you to this page:

http://www.renderplus.com/wp2/wk/RPS_3D_PDF.htm?product=RPS%203D%20...

which has a button to push, if the download does not start immediately:

Obviously, something else isn't working.

I'll send you the file using YouSendIt.
