hello,

I'm a student who is studying woodworking. and for my project I need to draw a 3d version of my project in Sketchup.

Now I did all that, but I wanted to do something more, so I started looking into rendering. And ofcourse RenderPlus came up.

Now I downloaded nXtrender5 trial version completly and followed the instructions. But when I try to render a scene, or my project it gives me an error. (see file attached)

Can anyone help me to get a good render? and not this error. I would really apreciate it, and if succesfull I would even consider buying the licence.

Already thank you to anyone who want's to help :)

(and I apologize for my English)

I'm sorry but I forgot to mention that the error is in dutch.

but in english it translates to: "can't start the application correctly (0xc000007b). click on OK to close the application."

Try checking the Use 32 bit Batch Renderer option.

Sometimes, we have run into users who were not able to get the 64 bit render to install correctly. The 32 bit renderer will produce the same result.

thank you very much!

your solution works perfectly.

it works lovely now, now I can start really testing the program :)

I hope this problem can be fixed in future versions of the programm, but I understand it can be difficult
