Hi Rich
Have not tried new version yet - but will later. With reference to the changelog regarding button to make image from HDRi skies, is there any chance of having a button which produces HDRi from jpeg image manipulated in the layers wizard ? When Al mentioned a new button and a work around in a post last week I presumed that was what he was talking about. As i understand it at present we can create a HDRi image from jpeg but only from `stock` not post edited image in wizard. Currently I am (as Al`s suggestion last week) rendering the background only without geometry to prodruce an edited image in context to model from which I make an HDRi image. The problem with this method is that a lot of white background area remains from parts distorted image not covered by original stock image and therefore when converted to HDR the image `levels` change quite considerably to original. I can do all this in Photoshop but would be more useful if included within workflow.
Does that make sense ? Does this latest image button do this also ?

Boothy,
We plan to post a version tomorrow that will create the Planar HDRi image that you describe above.
Boothy,
We posted a new version where we added a "Create from Position" to the Background tab of Image Layer Wizard, to create a new background image or HDRi image using the current position and distortion of the background image.
Let us know if this works for you, or what else it needs to do.
Thanks.
This works well - also like the infill colour tab - nice touch. I have had along day so will probably try further over the weekend. The only thing I did notice is that the HDR conversation does seriously effect the tonal values of the original image. It does not seem to do this with when converting HDR planar from `stock`images (or I might not have noticed)
Thanks again
Boothy
