My Laptop keeps reverting back and continually requests that I validate. I've done this numerous times with the proper codes, says it validated, then reverts back to "trial" mode.
Attached are 2 screen captures.
How can I fix this issue?

I sent you a new authcode to paste into the license dialog.
Please try that.
Try using the "Report Problem..." button on our license dialog to send me an email requesting an authocde, and I'll send you a new authcode.
Let's see I that fixes it for us.

I am having the same issue. I just upgraded to the current version and every time Sketchup opens it makes me re-enter my new serial number and validate it.

It cleared up after I re-entered the serial number in the "Extensions" tab in Sketchup. It remembered the number the next time I restarted. Before, I was just entering it on the trial startup window.
