Hi Rich or Al,

I'm switching the licence on a new computer and I cheked up the 'new computer' topic on the FAQ section (http://www.renderplus.com/wk/IRender_FAQ_w.htm#New_Computer) but still have some questions. I actually don't understand the part where you say 'just send us a manual authcode request (using the Advanced button the license dialog), and remind us that it is for a new computer'. And I actually can't find the advanced button.

What I think the way to go is: clicking the About button, then licence and then replace unused computer, but since I don't know what to do from there, I don't want to screw up the only licence we have.

Thanks for the heads up

Don't worry. You won't mess up your license. We will get it straightened out.

There is a button on the license dialog, "Replace Unused Computer" this lets you enter the name of the unused computer, so we can invalidate it ane let you license the new computer.

By "'just send us a manual authcode request" we mean to click the "Report Problem" button on the License Dialog. This will send us an email with inforation about your license, your computer, etc. and we can send you the new authcode.

So If its the same computer but we are just changing the account that is using it, I just have to change the Use name, Email and Phone (on the other account and keeping the license and auth code) and it shouldn't be a problem right

The current authcode should still work.

We can update the rest of the information when you next upgrade it.
