Hello, I tried rebooting and reinstaling. At first I was trying to run it in sketchup 2015 but it didn't even want to start so i downloaded sketchup 2014 and it opened perfectly just like on one of my friends computer. I set a view I liked and it started collecting materials and what not but than this appeared. I tried another vied and the same thing. As I am not an expert I asked people around me and the said it might be the file itself and I tried others but I keep getting to the same point. Later on I tried different file sizes but it seams that has nothing to do with it. As I had other rendering plugins installed at the same tine I uninstalled all of them and reinstaled this program again but nothing happened. I tried adding 3 files so you could see what I was working on but they are all over 5 mb, smallest is 7 mb and the biggest is 24mb

I am running a new PC

Intel i7-4790K procesor  4.0gh - 4.4gh ( 4 cores-8 treads)

4gb r9 290 Saphire graphics card

16gb ram- 1600

2 tb hdd 7200rpm

120gb ssd hiperx

64bit windows 7 ultimate operating sistem

Please help, hope to hear from you soon.

The rendering executable causing the error is a 64 bit program.
Sometimes the MicroSoft redists that we run during the install do not install correctly for some people.
Could you try right clicking on these 2 redist executables, that end in "x64", and running them as an administrator, to see if you get any errors when they run:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Render Plus Systems\IRender nXt\redist

Just right click on them in File Explorer, and choose "Run as adninistrator".
If they both run correctly for you, that might fix it.
If that doesn't help, try checking the "Use the 32 bit renderer" check box on the Support dialog and see if that fixes it:
