The help desk does not display correctly

For me, the help desk does not display correctly.
what can I do?
I use Internet Explorer 7

Can you be more specific about what the problem is.

We know we have problems uploading image with IE 9, but are not aware of any problems with IE7.

Can you try to forum with FIrefox or Chrome?
