Lamp color adjustment question/suggestion

Created a bunch of identical recessed ceiling lights with a certain color lamp.  Want to change the color.  Seems I can only do 1 at a time - right clicking and getting Irender-Edit lamp box.  If I select more than 1 lamp, I do not have that edit available.  Any workaround or if not, can you add this feature as it would seem quite helpful and efficient.

 

By the way, when the edit lamp dialouge box comes up, the color always shows as black.  When I edit the color, the box changes to the color I select, but when I rededit it, its black again.

Hi Larry

 

Just set one lamp then make into a component in SU and copy component to other lamp positions - then when you change component lamp colour ,wattage\lumens etc - all the others should change too.

A Lamp is already a component, but if you place it into a new component, then Boothy's idea should work.

I use it all the time for changing wattage in lamps accross scenes
