.Your site says there are no watermarks on the trial 3D pdf version, but I am getting a "RPS 3D pdf sample" pattern when I use a background image. Is this watermark removed from the paid version?

.FYI, even after reading the tutorial, I am finding the text feature almost impossible to use. I continually get text overlapping the 3D pdf, text in odd locations compared to the margin settings and image height,... I have resorted to using background images for all text.

.Is there any way to edit the "pdf producer-render plus systems" in the pdf document properties? It will confuse some of my clients.

Thanks!

We need to remove that watermark. We thought we had already done that. It wouldn't appear in a PDF made with the paid version

Send me an example of any PDFs where the text isn't working the way you expect and I'll see if we can fix that, but using an image is the way to get the exact look you want and you can get much more interesting pages than you can with our simple text solution.

By the way, you can add blank lines at the end of a text section, if you just need more space after text above the U3D image.

Not now. We can add a box to let you specify what goes in the Producer field.

.Attached is a text example. My problem may be that I am trying to use more than one kind of text. It seems to work with text in one box only. This sample has .25" margins t&b, .5" margins l&r, 6" image height, title (appears at the bottom for some reason) and body text (appears above) with different size fonts. The body text is pushed into the image, no matter the image height.

.Another question: I noticed that once I have a model and the 3D pdf window open, and have made a pdf, and then make changes to the model such as color changes, the model isn't automatically updated in the 3D pdf's. Is there a "refresh model" button that will update model info and keep all other pdf settings unchanged, rather than having to close and reopen 3D pdf?

Thanks!

We posted a new version with a fix for the bugs that you found: large text below the U3D image, the background image watermark, and the missing faces for reverse faces in groups when Export 2-Sided Faces isn't checked.

We also added a box to let you set the PDF Producer field for the PDF file.

Please try that.

We cannot get any changes to the model currently without closing our dialog and restarting the process. We can look into that, we would just need another button on our toolbar to refresh the extracted data.

Thanks.

HI THERE

I want to know is there any third party program for pdf files that supports to add watermark to pdf files.Besides,it will be expected to edit and remove the watermark at the same time? Thanks for any suggestion or recommendation.

I assume that you want a watermark added over the 3D model in the PDF file.

I don't know of any myself.
