Render Visible Objects only

Is there a way for sketch-up to only process what is visible in the render - in other words: the cars & trees that aren't visible in the render are what we are finding slows the renders down? Or do we simply need to be selective & hide those items th

No image maps visable when running batch folder on remote computer

Last couple of times I have tried copying batch folder to another computer and running it the textures with1 mages maps do not appear (the base colour renders but not the map) - I have copied batch folder to irender folder on remote machine

Problem with lights

Need your help to solve it out the beam light and linear is out of order.

Post Render Dialog keeps appearing

I have not put too much investigation into this but in the latest version (KE27) the post render dialog still seems to appear even if switched off in `support` tab - again I have not tested a lot but did appear in the last 2 renders where all dialogs

In a recent animation I rendered, I had several scenes that had certain components hidden to improve line of sight.  However, after viewing the finished product, the hidden elements in each scene did not translate and we're still present.

Why can't I see any fog?

You may see any fog the first time you try to use it. When we first used fog, we didn't see any either. We have fixed, or added warnings for many of the thing we ran into. But this list may help.

Need Clouds to reflect but..

I have a photo of a site that I need to use as a background.  I have it setup as a Flat and have set the y postion to align it.  The problem is that leaves nothing to "reflect" even if it is checked.  What I need are some clouds in the sky to reflect
