Layer Wizard not in ArielVision?

Looking at you tube on how to use an HDRI image in the background and I don't see the handy layer wizard that allows me to accurately position the background relative to the model view...am I missing something?

That image layer wizard is not included in ArielVision.  

We only put in in IRender nXt.
