Since buying and installing 3D PDF to use with SketchUp it has worked without problem.
Suddenly it works no more?
I'm working with SketchUp v6 models (I see v8 is not yet supported) with Adobe Reader 9.3.4
If I try to do a preview all I get is a grey rectangle with the text "U3D Image Area".
Have I done something wrong?

Can you post the PDF that you made to see if I can view it?

I can see the one I just made in Acrobat 9.3.4 here.
Hello Rich,

I've clearly had a "senior moment". I've just tried it again and it works fine!

Sorry to have troubled you.

Peter
There is a right click option now to "Disable Content" that hides the 3D geometry, which exposes that grey warning message that we added when we first wrote the software.

There used to be another way to get into that disabled mode accidently, but I can't seem to make it happen now.

If you get it to happen again, see if "Enable Content" is a right click option.
