We do not know.

Could you attach a small model where this is happening, so that we could take a look at it?

If you put a .skp file into a zip file you can attach it here, using Upload File, or you can email it to us.

Thank you.

Here's the file

I UPLOADED THE FILE USING THIS LINK "http://www.renderplus.com/htm/uploads.htm" SO U SHOULD RECEIVE IT

The problem is that the camera is upside down in your model, so the tree grows upside down and extends below the horizon in the rendering. You will not be able to use AccuRender trees in such a view.

how do i change that?

It looks like you could select everything in the model (Use Ctrl-A), and then type in "S" to start the scale command, and scale everything in the - Z axis by a factor of -1.0.

Perhaps, an easier thing to do would be to copy the entire drawing (Ctrl-A and Edit/Copy) and then paste (Edit/Paste) it into a new empty drawing. That seems to work too.

Or maybe another user has a better idea of how to fix an inverted view.

ok thank you i'll try those options
