What happend with my order???

Yesterday, I made an order by Google [Google order no174694733433099 -IRender nXt for SketchUp - Renew Single User License]. I pay and after 26 hours I didn't receive any link to download my upgrade and the new License. Nether any message. Is that normal? What can I do?

That order is still being process by Google Wallet. For some reason it is taking a very long time to authorize the credit card. It usually only takes less than an hour.

Hopefully it will be completed by them soon, so we can send you your new license.
