I cant get my model to render, Irender keeps crashing and now the help desk crashes if i try to upload!!!!!

Really frustrating, no idea if it will work or not but it takes 5 mins to process the geometry and the preview window popsup and then it crashes ! Don't have time for this !!!!!

I never heard of it crashing AFTER the processing phase.

 

Did you try re-installing it just in case, using the latest version (KE04)?

 

I am sorry you are having problems Paul. Have you been able to render other models?

Try emailing the model to support@renderplus.com

Is the Upload tab at the top of the forum crashing? If so, make sure you have rebooted your machine.

And do make sure you are using the latest version.

Can you provide a little more detail ? There does seem to be a problem with forum upload which obviously will have no connection with render software. I have just uploaded a image file through attachment rather than insert image (I have informed the developer). Can you try uploading a model ? Alternatively send a model to Al the developer   @     support@renderplus.com

The model you sent says that it was last rendered with version IF04.

 

Can you try it with the latest version of IRender nXt?

(If you are not authorized to use the latest version, I can send you a 30-day trial code to use it)

 

It did render OK for me here.

 

so do iI need to spend another $195 for IRender NXT or $55 for NXT Rnder?? Why cant I just continue to use what a I have?? we are a very small company and cant afford to upgrade software all the time like this I have had to purchase this sorftware for my laptop recently too

Keeps crashing and reverting to previous version , I have J128 on the laptop can I get it for the desktop too??

now I have deletedv the old version and installed the jKo9 and the plugin menu in SU is gone. I have:

IRender-Nxt_beta_loader.rb

IRender-Nxt_beta.rb

IRender_loader.rb

IRender-Nxt_loader.rb

in the plugins menu of sketch up 7

I am sorry you are having problems. We need to try to solve them one at a time.

 

If your current nXtRender license start with NXJG, then it was purchased in July 2010 and is valid for all the latest versions. All licenses are valid for all new versions and upgrades for 12 months. If this is the case, you should download the latest version KE04 from the downloads page and see if it works for you.

 

If you license does not star with NXJG, then email information about your license to support@renderplus.com (do not post your license number here on the forum), and we will find a link to the most recent version which you are able to run.

 

If you have trouble installing a version, do an uninstall and a reinstall.

 

If SketchUp is not running, then remove all .rb files from your plugins folder adn try agian (You can move the .rb files to a subfolder you create - e.g. dr.sav so you can restore them later)
