Material thumbnails not showing

We fixed this and posted a new version, KD13.

I use LB05 and still cant browse material

We don't have a version LB05. So something is wrong there, unless we released a version at one time with an incorrect version number. "LB05" would represent a February 5, 2012 build date.

Could you descibe the problem you're having in detail, so we can try duplicate it.

Also, could you check the version number again on our about box?

Oh, OK. That makes sense now.

Is the problem that you are having that when you browse for a material that you cannot see the thumbnails?

Or, does browsing not work for you at all?

Do you get any error messages?

The browser works, but there is no thumbnails in it.

do you have the file  ArMatThumb.dll  in C/windows/systeme32 ?

That DLL, ArMatThumb.dll, is supposed to be installed and registered during the initial install.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling IRender nXT.

The ArMatThumb.dll is in place.

I'm assuming that ArMatThumb.dll didn't get registered during the install for some reason.

Can you open a command window and go to the folder:

C:\Windows\Sysem32

and type in and enter:

 

regsvr32 ArMatThumb.dll

 

and see if thumbnails start appearing for you.

Got the answer:

The module "ArMatThumb.dll" was loaded but the call to DLLRegister server failed with errorcode 0x80070005
