Lights Query/Edit dialog bombs Sketchup

Hi,

I went to go check out this new feature. For this particular model, it turns out to be a very fast way of closing Sketchup completely. :) It just disappears without even giving an error msg.

Want the model? It is about 19mb. I need a refresher as to the upload link if you want to check it out.

Yes, please send us the model.

We're still working on that light query routine and could use any help we can get in making it work.

I'm able to reproduce this with a bathroom model you had already sent us, so I'll just use that to track it down.

Hi Rich

For your information

I have a similar experience.

When I hit the Query / Edit button

I get the box that says get light list from current model.

When I click 'yes' I get an instant crash and 'bug splat'

Hi Rich,

Yes, the function now works - well it doesn't crash Sketchup. This dlg (as well as many others) could use a splitter between the bottom content and the top and some alignment work so it uses the full dlg space if it is resized. But a good first go.
