Filtering Components and sub components!

Hello Gents!

So... long story short...

I have a model in sketchup pro 8 - a  kitchen. There are components and sub components.

Cabinets as components and panels as sub components.

I have been trying to filter out attributes for panels (length,width,thickness) for cutting list.

But at the moment in report it shows all components and sub components.

So... i made up an attribute "item type" and a value for cabinets is "CAB-1" , "CAB-2", and so on ... And for panels it is "CL" ( as "cutting list).

But it does not work as I thought it would. What I am doing wrong?. Or how to get around it?

Coz I would like a create a report for other items too.... like runners and hinges. And send them to  Suppliers. So.. one report for one supplier - Hafele. then other report for glass supplier and so on. But I must see on report only items for those suppliers - no need for other items.

And Also this is the  message i got when i was doing some tests with filters.
