image does not render

you've heard it before, but its true. All of a sudden, an image placed inside a rendering does not show up . its a flat picture, all I see is an outline. any insights/direction.

Can you make a small model where this is happening and either post it here, or email it to us so, that we can try to reproduce it?

never happened to me before have used this image numerous times, but was trying different things and tried to reverse the phase and it worked. Why would that happen?

It's hard to say. That's why I hoped you would post or send us a sample drawing.

I do know that we move images out a hair, just so there is no "Z Fighting" occurring between the image and a face in the drawing that the image might overlap. If you did manage to reverse an image somehow, it might defeat that trick. That depends on how the image was "reversed". I'm not sure what you meant by "reverse the phase".
