Just installed free version, very nice! A few questions
1. How can I change the output file address inside the exporter?
2. Can I get a full page image with no margins?
3. Turned edge lines on, set very thin. Looks great, but whenever I rotate, entire model turns into boxes around every component. These don't appear when edges are off. Any way to have edges and retain model?
4. Text placement seems very limited. How can I center/right justify text?
5. Is there a way to create an animation? I see a play animation button.
6. Can I rename scenes within the exporter, or does that need to be in sketchup before?
7. The floor of my model is transparent on one side, solid on the other in the PDF. It is solid both sides in the model. How to fix?

1. How can I change the output file address inside the exporter?
There's a little box to the right of the Output File section where you can set the Folder and output file name using a Windows Explorer window.
2. Can I get a full page image with no margins?
It should just be a matter of setting all the margins to 0.0.
3. Turned edge lines on, set very thin. Looks great, but whenever I rotate, entire model turns into boxes around every component. These don't appear when edges are off. Any way to have edges and retain model?
I haven't seen that. Maybe post a model and the PDF file that you get, and I'll see if i can reproduce it.
4. Text placement seems very limited. How can I center/right justify text?
We didn't allow for that. Only the trailer has a choice for center or left justified. We could add it as on option. Would you need it globally, or by block of text? Another option is to use a "background image" that's really just an image of a page of text that we place the 3D model over, instead of using our text fields (The Include Page Data check box turns off all the text and just uses the background image for the page.)
5. Is there a way to create an animation? I see a play animation button.
No. We haven't added anything for animations.
6. Can I rename scenes within the exporter, or does that need to be in sketchup before?
No, just within SketchUp, using the Scenes in SketchUp.
7. The floor of my model is transparent on one side, solid on the other in the PDF. It is solid both sides in the model. How to fix?
It works for me. It might be a result of the "2 sided faces" option. Maybe post a model and and resulting PDF that you get and I'll take a look.

Thanks for quick response!
1. Found the box, thanks
2. Exporter crashes when all margins are set to 0. Runs if top & bottom set to .1, sides to 0. That is fine.
3. This happened on 11x17 pdf with large model, but not on 8.5x11. My guess is that this is a display/memory problem in my computer. 8.5x11 is fine.
4. Ideally, each block of text could be individually centered/left/right. Would be better than a custom background image.
5. OK
6. OK
7. Model and pdf are proprietary. Can you contact me outside of forum and I can send them directly to you?
New questions
8. Can I disable "selection for hand tool" when I make the pdf? I know I can do it in Adobe reader.
9. Can I disable print pdf option?
10. Can I place 2 or more pdf's on one page? Put a 3D pdf into a non-3D pdf document?
11. Can I add a watermark over the 3D image?
12. Any way to get a displayed section plane in sketchup to show in a 3D pdf?
Thanks!
2. I'll fix this. It seems to just do that when Include Page Data is unchecked.
4. I'll add this to the Wish list.
7. Just send things directly to me ar rich.hart@renderplus.com. It it's something huge, use the Uploads tab above. We won't share or post your models or PDFs.
8. Not now. I'll look into it.
9. Not now. I'll look into it.
10. We just make a single page PDF file. We could add a routine to merge several PDFs into a single PDF, but we don't have a function for that now. You can embed the PDF into an HTML page. I don't know how PDFs work in other applications and documents. I usually just view them in Acrobat Reader or a browser windows.
11. No. We don't know how to do that.
12. No, not currently.
