Rendering Problem

I'm using iRender nxt for my final design project, and when I render a scene it looks finished except there are black lines through it, and it will get to the very end and never pop up the saving options. How do I get rid of the black lines???

Maybe see if turning off AutoSave Image helps:

Also, try rendering one more pass and see if that fixes it:
