Cannot access same tools as person before me.

Good afternoon,

I recently got a job at a construction company doing their drafting and designing using sketchup. The person I replaced had full access to several extensions including Irender. After getting my own profile ON THE SAME COMPUTER, I cannot access any of the extensions. I don't even have an extensions dropdown above my toolbar. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

When someone installs IRender nXt, we install the ruby files in that user's User AppData folder. If you run SketchUp on that machine as another user, the extension will not be found by SketchUp.

You can fix this by reinstalling IRender nXt while you are logged in as the new user.
